How iDrive works
Find and book work
After your driver account is approved, open Jobs to browse the map. Filters let you search by date, postcode and van size. Applying does not book the job: wait for the depot to assign you. Your applications and booked jobs are in My Jobs.
At the depot
Open your assigned job to see the collection window, address and contact details. On the work date, scan the depot’s check-in code. Before checking out, record the number of parcels delivered, then scan the check-out code.
Camera or connection trouble?
iDrive needs an internet connection to submit forms and scans. Allow camera access in your browser, or use your phone’s camera to open the code link. Codes expire quickly: ask the depot for a fresh one. If you still cannot scan, contact the depot and support. Do not assume attendance was recorded until you see confirmation.
Running a depot
Add your sites, create and publish a job, then review applications. A driver is booked only when you accept them. Open a site’s code screen for check-in or check-out. Check the job page for the driver’s completion report.
